Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Gazipur, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with international
apparel buyers and sourcing offices.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing
customer accounts.
- Prepare product presentations, quotations, and cost
analyses.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning,
and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Promote innovative fabrics, garments, and value-added
finishing solutions.
- Participate in buyer meetings, exhibitions, and
business development activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering,
Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in apparel marketing,
merchandising, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Sound knowledge of knit garments, fabrics, costing, and
apparel manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with European or North American
buyers.
- Knowledge of sustainable textiles and garment
manufacturing.
- Strong presentation and customer relationship
management skills.
